I thought the artwork was very powerful and moving. It's amazing to see such a beautiful work of art that is the collection of so many people's thoughts and emotions, expressed in such a way that cannot be ignored. Current us immigration policies are an insult to the immigrants who founded this country. We are all unique in our own way, but we are all still human and should treat each other as such.

It inspired me to both get involved and artistically express myself. Innovative way of using art to challenge people's thinking on relevant issue. The US has always been a land of immigrants. Immigrants are always scapegoated for larger problems that exist within society. US foreign trade policy leads to a larger inflow of immigrants. It makes the conditions in countries bleaker.

I think Huong did an excellent job of displaying the equality of immigrants to natives. I liked how she used quotes from political leaders, such as John F. Kennedy, and Lyndon B. Johnson. Also, I liked how she painted the people and her great placement of everything.

A wonderful and insightful way to tell and share a story. Art has been used from the beginning of time as an effective means of political activism.
