I’m always frustrated when I hear people refer to and about “illegal aliens” with the attitude that they are somehow different in their hopes and desires from those of us born here. Can we not show compassion for people who risk so much for freedom and hope only to have what we by the luck of our birth? Freedom isn’t a commodity that is diminished when offered-it only becomes stronger in its resolve to prevail. –Beverley Cardona
The mixture of perspectives and intelligent statements on these walls shows just how big and important the issue really is. It must be dealt with before the damage is irreversible and our nation crumbles. – Jessica Daly
I'm so grateful to be able to admire the Mural up close. The message and the concept that Mrs. huong is conveying touched close to home. Those that have a harsh attitude towards immigrants should look close to their own roots. Most likely their antecessors lived through the hardship during their time and have already made it easier for them. USA is America-we owe it to our fathers to preserve what they worked so hard to give us freedom, right s and duties. – Nancy Sang Goldizen
We need no boarders. One world of humans is the goal. – Susan Hangge
The mural is, as an art that people can add their ideas to, something that America needs. The America that does not live with those who have fled from their homes to come to America, America needs to remember that they were founded on immigration and hopes for a better life. – Marie Moorman
I believe that all borders should be open. Not just in the U.S., but in all countries. I feel the art exhibit is one of a kind and accurately and uniquely displays the opinions on the events of immigration today. – Gina-Marie Falso
We protested the wall in German and now we build walls, the new immigration laws scare and repress people, REAL PEOPLE, with faces. We need to reach out to them. – Anna Burnside
Very interesting, the paintings express the struggle for freedom. – Thelma Tucker
We need a modern immigration policy from our national legislators. – Robert Jacober
Extremely moving, and inspiring. – Cathy Ralls
I think the art exhibit is very beautiful and it conveys a sense of foreign beauty that isn’t often founding America. I believe that is much room for improvement polices and that America should strive to be more open to immigrants. – Julius McLean
Absolutely beautiful depiction of history with so many controversial issues pertaining to immigration. – Kamrel Eppingter
Huong’s passion, powerful life experience and prolific art is an inspiration. Huong stimulates thought and ideas in an extraordinary way. – Danielle Strickman
Very powerful, wonderful exhibit! We must work together for America to accept and promote legal immigration. – Joanne
The art exhibit is tremendously impressive. It is displayed well. It is very shameful to me, as a U.S. citizen, to see such a conflict of ideas and policies in the US. – Richard Burnside

"Excellent exhibition and the content it manifests. In all ages, migration has been and still is part of human history; there's always been hardships for the immigrants, and we tend to forget that we all are part of this process. 'Never discriminate the immigrant'. Wonderful work. " - Ninil Lopez
